Someone explain this free bonus to me plz as it wont let me take my winnings out

Scam???? How about you read the TnCs first before you accept a bonus offer you dumb pos!

you have to play the bonus and any winnings approx 30 times,email customer services and ask them to take the bonus away or carry on playing until you have completed the requirements

I found myself in same position played bj, got offered a bonus of £10 which I accepted. I asked the host how many times I'd have to play through bonus to claim it, he said 10 times and I thought that was very reasonable.

He didnt blxxdy tell me that bj hands only contribute 10% to the bonus, so instead if playing 100 hands I'd have to play 1000. Bit different.

I got ahead and I too couldn't cash out my winnings, only what I'd deposited. Not much point in playing really.

So I didn't cash out at that point and carried on playing in a vain attempt to clear the bonus. I went lower than my deposited amount (plus bonus) so went to cash out. I still had the bonus so should still cash out my original deposited amount.

I could not though. I could only cash out what I deposited minus what I lost.

They want it both  ways. When your part way through a bonus, if you lose you lose but if you win it doesn't count and your no better off. How is that fair?

And when a window opens up offering a bonus you don't think you'd need to read small print of terms of conditions before you play you'd hope Betfair would just be reasonable ffs. Besides, where are the fkin T&C?

Well, when you get a pop up it does say, I agree to the terms and conditions and the terms and conditions is underlined, which would indicate a link. The terms are there.

Sure its in the T&Cs, they're covered but thats not the point.

When I went on to the blackjack table and the pop up appeared and the hosts offered me a £10 bonus, I asked directly how many times I would need to play through the bonus and he said 10x. Sure he showed me a link to the terms and conditions, but I asked directly. The relevent parts of the T&Cs can be stated pretty quickly, you don't have to read a bigish document.

He answered my question sure probably technically correctly depending on definitions, but he knew what I wanted to know; ie how many hands do I need to play to clear the bonus. He said something which tricked me into agreeing to it. He knows a number of us are going to assume they're going to be reasonable and thats what they're hoping.

Betfair is a good site generally, but my feeling is they've sub let the casino part to someone grubby whose dragging Betfair's good name down.

So you can play it 10 times (On slots) but other games have different weightings.

So he answered your question correctly, by your own admission, but you didnt fully understand the terms of the bonus.

All online casinos and online poker rooms work the same, you have to clear a load of commission or rake to get your bonus.Poker rooms you might have a slight chance of getting it back, if you can beat he variance and pay the rake, but casinos are nigh on impossible because they are not dealing 52 cards randomly regardless of what they quote. Still waiting to get my 20 quid bonus which will be burnt through in 5 minutes on Carribean Stud or even Blackjack.

Sorry to anyone who has been seen off by any online casinos, their odds are always massively stacked against the players. Try some of the genuine free bets that bookmakers offer--bet once and if you lose get your free bet; keep winnings' at any time or arb the other side of the bet on another site.
