Because the odds of something happening on a roulette wheel are higher than what they payout. Its simple maths. Its been known for hundreds of years.
If your system/scam actually worked, dont you think someone would have realised this a long LONG time ago?

any time after 15:28 should be ok, but beware, if youre trying between 17:36 and 17:52 you should change numbers to 12 and 24 and DELETE ALL COOKIES

I lost when i play at the 9 th time.Each time i logout and login again also cleared the cookies.
This seems to pure luck and there doesn't seems to be any flaw in the system.
