Ryan Garcia v Conor Benn

I hope Connor knocks him out, he's being underestimated. Garcia is one of these new-age, social media Boxer type mugs, he's good, but nowhere near as good as he or any of his followers think he is.

Garcia's hands are lightening quick but because of that sometimes his footwork is poor making his chin constantly exposed, he has gotten away with it so often because a lot of his early fights are like a lot of Boxers early fights, hand-picked, night club bouncer büm type fighters.

Benn's weight loss for this though is a handicap, the further the fight goes on the more likely he is to be stopped as he will gas. Given that Benn must know that, means he'll probably come out swinging from the first bell looking for a KO, which is the same mistake Itauma made against Hrgovic. Benn is the complete opposite of a tap for points type of fighter, only knows how to fight on emotion.

Can't be backing Garcia the odds though but can understand them given Garcia has fought much higher calibre opponents than Benn like Barrios.

If Garcia also doesn't try to KO him at every opportunity, then he wins when it goes the distance.

Have a feeling though that he will get drawn into Benn's fight and get caught a few times, he is very impulsive and wants the showreel moments which could be his undoing.

As a value punt, I'd rather back the Brit along with some chump change on the draw.

Mes couldn't have been more wrong! Covered pretty much every angle and still none of them played out...

You have to look at it from all angles, came to the conclusion I couldn't back Garcia at his odds so thought Connor would provide some value, but he obviously made a mockery of that, couldn't even last 2 rounds. That doesn't mean that Garcia is elite, probably just shows that Benn is European level. Always been hard to judge Benn's level because he was stunted by being out for so long with drugs issue, but we found it out. At least I give some kind of opinion before the event, rather than looking smart after the event which anyone can do. Kind Regards.

His drug issues were, he was caught cheating with Anabolic Steroids.. Being juiced up, he was beating everyone put in front of him impressively.. Sht-housery...

Without his name, no one would ever have heard of him.. Without the Roids he'd have lost more than he's won..

I'd imagine he's gonna be looking for Eddie Hearns number to try and rebuild some bridges..  Or maybe just disappear with the £30 million-ish from fighting..
