One of the most disgraceful results ever seen.
How Taylor thinks he's won that fight is unbelievable, if he truly believes it he's had one too many punches.
Betting wise Im happy with the result, but that was so unjust that the judging system needs a complete overall.
You have to feel for the lad, all the training and work that's gone in, to be robbed like that.

Arum protecting his asset. Warren does the same very often. Hearn does the same too, look at the John Ryder right a few weeks ago

Every pundit scoring it seems to have had Catterall by 4 or 5, and saying they gave the close ones to Taylor.

The Top Rank execs must have schmoozed the judges well. they're all over for this fight, Moretti and DeBoef

I wasn't shocked. He was playing the game. He knows he's the A side, he knows the Top Rank execs are all thee. He knew there was a big chance he'd still get the decision or at worst a draw

Still this was one of the most brazen robberies. Similar to Ritson being given the win against Miguel Vázquez a few years back when he barely won a round

As Thurnscoe says, one judge thought that Taylor won 9 (NINE) rounds. Catterall by 5 rounds for me (115-109).

... I agree Wisewords, you would be hard pushed to find 2 or 3 rounds at the most you could say Taylor won.

I only had a joke 5 on cat as I thought 9.4 was a silly price but that has to rank as the worst decision ever. You could def give him 2 but struggle to give him any more, anybody inolved in that should hang their head in shame and not be allowed to be involved in boxing for a long time. Taylor could have been honest and said he thought he lost as he obv did but even he comes out looking like a jerk who prob aint nearly as good as (the scots) think.

What a sickener for the boy and his family . Literally a blank cheque if he wins those belts .

these judges should not be allowed to score a boxing match again, stats dont lie, almost everyone watching could see who won. The only persons that saw it different where three so called professional judges, whom I suspect had reason to ensure the winner was Taylor. It was an act of criminality to score it the way they did.

How much did the Taylor camp pay those judges? Has to be a major investigation into this or the sport of gentleman is finished.

Everyone in the bloody world had Catterall way ahead on points, except two of the three judges of course, there has been some skulduggery gone on here and the Taylor camp should be ashamed of themselves.

Every ringside pundit said the same, how can these judges sleep at night knowing that they have ruined the career of a boxer? It can only be down to bribery.
