5 Live had a top interview with the later this morning circa 5am.  Repeated from last night, I think.

3.2 seems like reasonable Monet, to me.

90,000 @ Wembley?  Josh will need to pick up his game, imo.

Will he?, Klits for me lto against Fury was scared to trade with the bigger man, it was a dire fight to watch imo as neither committed to it properly, poor fight overall, whats Klits game plan gonna be?, bags of experience etc and easily the toughest Josh will have faced so far but I think this is just a bumper payday for Klits who in the main has been beating bums in recent years. I think Klits will be very negative again here, cant see him opening up against Josh.

Klit was scared to trade with Fury because he is elusive and has good head and foot movement and if he did he may get tagged. Fury was also happy to clinch if needed if it came to that and Wlad's usual advantage was negated. Joshua looks to be a bolt upright fighter who's defence, stamina and chin hasn't been tested. Don't think Wlad is in it for a payday at all. He thinks he can win. Whether or not he will is up for debate but I severely doubt he would be taking this fight just for the money. Personally think 9/4 Wlad is possibly the bet of the year. Just worried it will drift more come fight night so I'm holding off just now. .

Why? Gets a huge payday and if he loses just sails off into the sunset

Klitschko is huge value for me. But I am waiting for what feels the inevitable collapse on Joshua price when the Sky hype machine gains more momentum in the build up to the fight.

Everything I've read about him makes me think he is not that kind of person. He's clearly an intelligent guy and has set himself up for life through his companies and investments. I doubt he's the kind of person that would be thinking as long as he turns up he gets the money and doesn't care whether he ends his career by getting outboxed in a dull fight and then KO'd. I don't think he would have taken this fight unless he genuinely thought he has a reasonable chance.

That's why he said not just for the money you even say yourself IF he loses he sails off but what IF he doesn't lose.

Grant leave this one to the Pros pal....Nobody in there right mind would touch Klitschko after the way he stunk the place out against Fury....It will be a sad day for Boxing if The Young Warrior Joshua cant Beat The Old Man into Retirement........Lump On Joshua and lump on again.Cool

I tend to agree, sj. A year and a half is along time to be out of the ring at his age. Not sure I'll be piling on the KO, but I'll have a wedge on Joshua to win. Joshua's price bound to shorten before the fight, imo.

AJ has fought NO ONE..hyped up to the gills
if vlad can avoid getting chinned early doors
wouldn't surprise me if AJ starting gassing
if anything he's too muscular
and vlad could possibly TKO him
whether he could get the pts decision
if he clearly won
is moot
bentest game out

Nina Meinke to beat Katie Taylor Shocked

When: 26 Apr 17 19:37
who knows. fury did move well and was bigger than klit. but fury said before the fight - vlad was an old man and he would retire if he couldn't beat him. regardless of what fury did with his movement - klitschko did look like an old man. And here we are nearly 2 years later - that is my worry for klitscko but i won't have a large stake on this one. small bet on AJ r1-6
By:

The biggest worry for me is that during that Fury fight barely a shot was thrown by either man but Wlad could hardly stand up with exhaustion I think Joshua has just got to keep the pace high. Please as well when Wlad does his lazy clinch I'm begging for the uppercut to be brought into play.
As everyone has already mentioned the break for Wlad is 18 months which will mean his timing will be off early

Tbf on this. I was saying to someone the other day that really I bet the bookies have no real idea if Meinke is good or not. Like it wouldn't surprise me if there was a huge gubbing in women's boxing sooner or later, and unlike Taylor's other opponents, Meinke at least is used to winning given she is 5-0. Likely it's a mismatch still, but like I say it wouldn't surprise me if there was a monster gubbing eventually just because there's no real footage on these opponents, and how much do you really think they know when they select them.

I imagine a big problem though is the judges will probably be bent as anything on a fight like that meaning Taylor probably has to get knocked out.
