Grin cant wait to see this
Report n88uk July 7, 2015 1:43 PM BST
Apparently Frank Warren has been royally screwed by what happened.

Saw this on another forum:

"Warren & Hyrnov were making a joint bid of $18mil, Matchroom $9mil....but last minute K2 & Hennesey agreed a deal so bids got called off. Fury & Warren are no longer working together and the fight can be on any UK channel. Fight is October 24th in Germany."
Report tobermory July 7, 2015 6:47 PM BST
Surely Sky PPV then

aslong as its not boxnation, dont want to have to sign up for 2 months
Report Westender July 8, 2015 8:20 PM BST
Wlad has a long history of postponing fights - the latest last year against Kubrat Pulev.

Would not be surprised if this happens again to hack off Fury with the fight taking place in early December.
Report Senyatta July 22, 2015 12:46 AM BST
funny press conference. 4/5 not to go the distance looks big.

Report Jimmy Diamond July 22, 2015 8:53 PM BST
Had a bit of that 4/5 Senyetta, it's massive. Was hanging on see if anyone went bigger but Laddies opened up today at 4/6 and i cant see that 4/5 with Paddys lasting as i make fight not to go the distance 4/9 ish.

Fury aint going to lose on points gracefully, he'l surelly give it a go if he knows he's behind on the cards. Both can punch and both have suspect chins. Im expecting drama in this one.
Report anfeild July 23, 2015 1:57 AM BST
Knowing boxing at the moment it will called off. Could not give a flying ****k till they actually get in the ring and when they do the jab machine will win.
Report Senyatta July 23, 2015 11:42 PM BST
yep if hes losing fury will go down swinging thats for sure.
Report Money Tree cost me thousands!! July 25, 2015 11:02 PM BST
canceled all my pension payments and am just popping it on fury each month, isas cashed in on fury.

cheers you mental manc.
Report YOU4COFFEE July 25, 2015 11:55 PM BST
Money tree hope you read this.....you have more chance of Robert Maxwell coming back from the dead and paying up!than receiving a return from your fury pension pot.

I just hope Fury doesn't get too badly hurt! just a miss match..
Report Eeternaloptimist July 26, 2015 6:33 PM BST
I don't see how anybody can suggest that. Wlad continues to hide his chin away because it's weak and he tends to fight boxers with little chance of testing it. Did he ever clamour to get a rematch with either Sanders or Brewster? Fury could eat a big right hand and it may be lights out but equally he has the size and scope to land a big shot on Wlad and then it will be anybody's fight. Fury will be in the best shape of his life for this one and his previous difficulties have arisen when he hasn't been in shape. Wlad is a deserved favourite in my view but this is his most dangerous challenger for many years.
Report Money Tree cost me thousands!! July 28, 2015 12:21 PM BST
Rate fury against the last few challengers and wlad has a totally different prospect to fight.
Fury can be slack at times but can also adapt to the situation if his minds focused.
The old boys legs might not be able to carry him for 12 punishing rounds.

Brave to bet against fury IMO.
Report teedoubleu September 4, 2015 3:31 PM BST
No surprise its on sky ppv but the way sky announce its like they are doing boxing fans a favour by charging them 20 quid for the pleasure.
Report Senyatta September 23, 2015 6:06 PM BST
fight not to go the distance still 4/5 with pp.hadn't checked in ages was expecting 1/3 or thereabouts. can't think of a scenario where it sees the bell. must be the best 4/5 shot i think ive ever seen. will happily lose a few hundred at that price if im wrong

I've got to be honest here, I actually think Tyson's doing a great job here of selling the fight.

The more I see, the more I like him. Part of me wants him to win so we can see an all English Fury v Joshua undisputed heavyweight title bout.
Report Mooono September 24, 2015 6:24 PM BST
I've loved Tyson since the start, but after this build up its hard not to like him. He really is sticking to his roots for this fight, was offered a pro training camp, but has stayed in his caravan with his dad and brother Laugh training the way he knows best.

But when Klitschko starts talking about being a dr and giving him 'treatment' you know he means business.

This press conference really was a comedy show. Tyson saying if you're gonnna beat me i wanna be knocked sparked out, night nurse! not be robbed on a points decision in Germany Laugh I can see Tyson hitting the deck a few times in this fight and still getting up swinging. Really hope the clown finds a way to shock the boxing world here & win.
Report Senyatta September 24, 2015 11:41 PM BST
hes not a medical doctor is he though.doctorate in sports science isnt it - nothing to do with the medical side. medical doctor wouldnt keep using the word bi-polar with a smile on his face either it has to be said.

looking forward to the fight hope the two of them smash each other to bits. but maybe that wont happen with the kiddie gloves they will be wearing
Report Mooono September 25, 2015 12:43 AM BST
Was good when fury mentioned about the gloves in the press conference too. He wants 'blood & guts' and wlad wants a slap and a tickle. There's an in depth interview with fury on YouTube and it shows his other side behind the clown show, speaks about his depression and life after boxing. Seems a genuine guy to me and I'd love to see that robot hit the canvas. Can't wait for this fight
Report Eeternaloptimist September 25, 2015 1:11 AM BST
Wlad's never got over being bounced all over the ring by Sanders and Brewster. If he could fight with pillows he would.

Same happened to me last year in Hamburg for the Pulev fight and absolutely raging.

The idiot does not care about International Fans losing money.

Had a great week in Hamburg without the fight but still seething about his postponement due to a torn shirt sleeve.
