Something is NOT right

Report n88uk May 23, 2015 10:24 PM BST
I have DeGale ahead by a point, but Dirrell has clearly won the last 3 rounds, and the judges could easily have given more rounds to Dirrell than I have.

Report morrisracing May 23, 2015 10:43 PM BST
2 judges got it spot on, degale clearly won by 2 there thanks to the 2 knockdowns in round 2
Report morrisracing May 23, 2015 10:44 PM BST
Least the result was right, 1 judge way off, must be on something
Report treble May 23, 2015 10:44 PM BST
If you took those knockdowns out and scored the 2nd round 9-9, the judge would still have scored it to DeGale by 5 rounds.

WTF was he watching!!!!!

You'd like to see a rematch. Highly unlikely we get one though. Too many paydays for DeGale to entertain a rematch which is risky from his point of view.

DeGale vs Groves II at some point. Groves is mandatory for a world title vs Badou Jack later this year.

Report n88uk May 23, 2015 10:49 PM BST
DeGale will probably fight walkovers until they can set up DeGale vs Groves II next year.
Report Geesyerdosh May 23, 2015 10:52 PM BST
Froch/DeGale at Wembley. Froch would fancy his chances and the payday and the same for DeGale.
Report n88uk May 23, 2015 10:54 PM BST
I don't see it happening. Especially the way Froch just pretty much rubbished DeGale's performance after the fight. Don't think he's interested in fighting DeGale at all. After all he could have fought him for this title, given it was his belt that he vacated.
Report alabaster crashes down May 23, 2015 10:58 PM BST
Froch isn't going to fight degale. I think he 'll get tempted into the golovkin fight meself but we 'll see.
Report paddletoe May 23, 2015 11:14 PM BST
Forgot all about the fight but turned over around the 10th round. The way the so called experts were talking on sky you would have thought De Gale had stopped fighting and the American was in already ahead on points. Had two betting accounts on my laptop up at the time. De Gale was 7/2 at the time with 888 while the American was 10/11 with bet 365. Great little arb except I was restricted on 888 so take a chance and figure bet 365 are wrong in their odds. My own fault for backing blind. No idea De Gale had won one round by 3 points.
Report MullahOmar May 24, 2015 12:12 AM BST
`enjoyable fight.

miles better than anything mayweather dishes up these days.'

You must have put away more than the canadian judge.

DeGale looked tired, sloppy, barely put a 2-3 shot combination together between the 4-11th round.

Mayweather beats DeGale even with a 21lb weight difference!!
