The Crolla fight must be a certainty next if they can get out of the Crawford match which is a mando I think. Crawford would school him based on that, broken jaw or not. Feel so so sorry for Beltran.

Crolla would probably beat him and in turn become another completely average world champ

No chance.
I'm not sure wat burns gets paid but u can understand now y burns can milk it. Scotland longest world champ. Jen Buchanan v Duran were the days. Buchanan was by far the most underrated and Jon watt probs a very distance second. Burns not even in the same league as harrisson or Alex aurthur |

I'm sure Alex aurthur and johann son would beat a peak burns.
At first I really thought he improved with wins over Martinez, kastidas and Mitchell. But Martinez is way overrated, mithchell is just a total coke head (how does he pass his tests). T Kastidas ????? Maybe a bad night. Burns I bet is not even a top 10 lightweight right now. I think khan v burns is a match that makes as much financial sence as a fight could. I can't believe that fight was never made. A lot money with low risk high reward thing |

Arthur and Johanson never have beaten a peak burns, they beat a young burns. Definitely an improved fighter but maybe already peaked.as for khan, are you not talking about a light welter against a light weight, anyway what ever weight they fight always khan.

might find it trickier to get bums on seats in glasgow after last night - you can't mug off the public, as they walked out last night each and every one of them knew burns lost the fight.

I think everybody knows burns got beat apart from 2 judges, even the burns camp know they came away with prize. Burns is a tough character and I'm sure he wouldn't expect people's respect if he doesn't put right what happened last night.as I said in a previous post, get rid of billy nelson and take the fight over to america

burns repeatedly told the corner his jaw was fooked - it was THEM that told HIM to forget about it and get the fook on with the show. he might be tough, but - thankfully for him - his corner are tougher.
still lost though. |

says on radio his career is under threat with the jaw injury

Hope thats more publicity than fact, but fact is he has had metal plates inserted and will be out a while. There is also the chance of being stripped of his title?
