Rajasinghe  has started really well with his first crop.

3 have run  so far Waiting All Night winning on debut at Wolverhampton

Little Edi ran a lovely race on debut to finish 2nd behind a race fit horse that had  3 previous  runs

Talamanca has run 3 times being slowly away each time should do better in time

Richard Spencer trained Rajasinghe to win the Coventry Stakes breaking the track record  and has quite a few 2 year olds by him in his yard.

Little Edi runs tonight at Ripon, looks to have a decent chance

Owner/ breeder Phil Cunningham owns all the 2 year olds by  Rajasinghe about 16

I believe its a joint venture between Mr Cunningham and Trainer Richard Spencer.

I was please to hear Mr Cunningham is giving any prize money won by Little Edi to a childrens Charity.

Little Edi ran well last night at Ripon, bumped at the start he tracked the leaders, couldnt get a run and had to be switched ending up down the middle of the track.

Not one of Hollie Doyle best rides.

Waiting All Night was the first winner for Rajasinghe won a band D maiden at Wolverhampton.

Its a big ask tonight running in the National Stakes ( listed race )

Love to win but i would be please if he got in the frame.

Waiting All Night ran well i thought always playing catch up, he was run off his feet kept changing his legs, did start to hang just over a furlong out but he was doing his best work inside the final furlong.
Six furlongs will suit better

Spioradalta trained by Mark Walford ran in an 18 runner maiden at Thirsk finshing 13th but only beaten 9 lengths.

She veered to her right coming out of the stalls and ran green throughout.

Should improve for the run.

Miss Sarajevo who run a fine race on debut at Newmarket, got off the mark at the 2nd time of asking at Chelmsford yesterday.

She had a real battle all the way up the home straight with the odds on fav but she managed to get on top near the line to win by a head.

They pulled nearly 7 lengths clear of the 3rd and she returned a tasty 5/1

First season sire Rajasinghe who is set to stand for just 3,000 gns next year at the National Stud.

Winner of the Group 2 Coventry Stakes in 2017 for Mr Cunningham wo has supported Rajasinghe since he went to stud

Rajasinghe had 8 individual winners from 10 runners which is a whopping 80% strike rate.

This has been achieved with average mares which suggests Rajasinghe could have the makings of becoming a decent sire with the right ammunition.
