First season sire Mendelssohn has his first runner in the U K tomorrow at The Curragh,
Congo River trained by Aiden Obrien,
He has had 3 runners so far 2 in the States and 1 in France.
Red Hot Rod trained by Wesley Ward finished 2nd 4 lengths behind Botta Swing at Woodbine
Delight who is trained by Jonathan Thomas finished 3rd of 12 10 1/2 lengths behind Love Reigns of Wesley Wards over 5 1/2 furlongs at Keenland who is favourite for the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot
Priyanka was down the field finishing 7 of 12 in France for Andre Fabre.

First runner here in the U K Congo River ran a nice first race. Always front rank,hit the front 1 fur out but just got tired close home beaten 1/2 length. Normal improvement should be hitting that number 1 spot soon. |

Congo River ran a cracking first race for his sire at The Curragh earlier today. Always front rank, he hit the front at the final fur but just got tired close home beaten 1/2 length. Hopefully he will be hitting that number 1 spot soon. |

Lets hope Mendelsshon can get his first winner as a sire today in Congo River.
He was a good 2nd on debut at The Curragh a few weeks ago Hoping he can go one better today. |

Dissapointing run from Congo River today, was hard at work over 2 fur out and looked uneasy on the tight Listowel track.
Was staying on again towards the end,would like to see next time back on a galloping track |

Very nice performance from Classical Cat winning on debut at Del Mar yesterday.
