Well done for putting your head over the parapet gpz.
I don't like pure milers as potential sires so I will play devils advocate and disagree with you. Only a short season away from beginning to establish who has got it right! |

Invincible Spirit doing very well but the dam Zenda has also produced Remote by Dansili who was very talented but unsound and 5 other progeny with lesser ability, none of which ran more than 4 times so there could be a soundness issue in the pedigree although Kingman himself was fine.

Gosden has said he will not risk Kingman, who has had an operation to remove a chip from a joint, if the ground is too fast at Newmarket.
Thought I had a vague recollection. |

Just meant that he was able to race quite a lot compared to his relatives.

Gosden will train a 2yo Kingman Filly out of Taghrooda for Sheikh Hamdan. Not sure it has been named yet. Might be good

I know lads that work with young stock and they are raving about the foals Kingman is producing. Seemingly everything required for the ring and they are very confident this will carry to the track.

impressive start to his stud career

Rux Power is another Kingman running today at 2.50 Newm. It is a hot race.

Poetry by Kingman finally came good at Nottingham back down from 6 to 5 furlongs. She seemed to get home well so maybe her defeats were an indication that they were in above average races.

Nice debut at Thirsk for Golden Circle. Ran free and just beaten by an experienced favourite in Moojim who was second in the Super Sprint.

Sageform - The Taghrooda filly by Kingman is named Jahafil. Re-use of the name of a Hamdan owned group-winning colt from the early 90's. No entries yet.

Thanks, could be very good but then again.... Pedigree is no guarantee of ability but it certainly helps.

amazingly classy types he gets. that sangarius who ran today looks a proper horse.
early days but could be the next superstar stallion. certainly one to keep on side in the classier two year old maidens that's for sure. |
