I will admit my 50% reduction in numbers was due to lateness of one mare and not the financial prudence it ought to have been.
Has everyone else cut back and if so was it late spring or good sense that brought it about? |

Thanks for that Proxy, I would observe though that this was an exceptional year for hot dry weather and firmer going which will affect the statistics. Oasis Dream had the expected resurgence in these conditions and Dark Angel languished. The first season sires may turn topsy-turvy next year if a normal British summer returns.
