Equiano by Acclamation was carrying on the family tradition when Tribesman won the 2yo race at Musselborough today. His grandfather Royal Applause was responsible for Fresnes, the gutsy winner of the fillies race at Lingfield 15 minutes earlier. Her early pace was decisive there. A very fast family.
fresles held up the french listed form well in that race, which was mostly race of full of handicappers. and the winner had previously beaten the runner up, wonder how many people spotted that form.

Quite a few i expect but the connections of the second were expecting improvement and were a shade unlucky with the wide draw. Speed is key though from an inside draw. First winner at Kempton today by Zebedee, the leading first season sire last year-and he is by Invincible Spirit. Speed on speed.

missed that DESERT FORCE last year after that win at newbury beating 18 horses in a decent maiden race, should of made my list that day, the 2nd and 3rd in that race yesterday where (notebooks) there always are a few that slip through the net.
