So he's not coming back. Hugely expensive failure in northern hemisphere at least. I'm disappointed he hasn't made it, really expected lots from him.

I think I went on record as saying as a physical type I thought him a very odd match for our broodmare population. He is a lump like no other!
My belief is that he gets a sprinter/miler in Australia and that they all take time.
So over here he was sent a stack of classic type mares yet was still expected to get sprinter milers and as we all know, they should come to hand early shouldn't they?!
I think his record will improve over here as time passes and I suspect viewed in the cold light of day it might end up retrospectively acceptable.
Problem is we're all about the passion of the now and even more so the future, in this game. I don't see him coming back anytime soon.
When I was over there in January, they were just waiting for an excuse to bring him back, seems like no one gave them one.
