I like Ravens Pass and hope he can produce a superstar one day...maybe New Fforest's foal can be the one!
Showcasing has made a good start so Kalinova's covering is interesting. Remind me BBC, is she the Red Ransom daughter of Kalinka or am I thinking of someone else? Could get a little speedball from an Iffraaj - Marlinka cross. Am not 100% convinced by the choice of Scat Daddy for SS but hope to be proven wrong. |

Without having any documentation in front of me, I think you are right about Kalinova, Jezebel.
Scat Daddy was a bit left field for me, but I put the cross into a well known breeding site and it came out with an A++ rating... If only it was so easy, eh? Cheers BBC |

Sadly, SOVIET SONG's foal was stillborn this year (birthing accident). The mare is fit and well however, and will be hopefully be covered by SCAT DADDY next month.

SOVIET SONG will not be covered by SCAT DADDY this year after all, and will be having a year off (disappointing for a mare who has produced so little at stud).

She sure has Jezebel. Her yearling filly by Speightstown is apparently very nice so here's hoping she's as good as her mum and dad!
