In view of the fact that he can get you a 5f winner to a potential Arc winner (see todays Post). What type of mare would be his ideal mate(if he was still around)?

I think Dominion that I would still be using his speed as of course the dam's pedigree had the say on that front with Red Clubs. However with a Roberto top line there is always a chance that stamina might work.

With Exceed and Excel, Oasis Dream, Pivotal and Kyllachy all getting high class mile plus winners, you wonder where the stamina is going to come from in 5 years time. The stayers seem to be exported or used as NH sires.

red clubs was huge loss, some really good progeny, just looking through, few of my old notebooks are red clubs, SONKO, CLUBLAND, SKY LANTERN, ROGER SEZ,
THE GOLD CHEONGSAM, AL'S MEMORY. still lots of the progeny that havent won yet, could be a few late developers, hopefully they will hit form someday in
future. never heard of the horse before, was group 1 standard. would of been good sire.

I have a Red Clubs filly in foal to Compton Place,so I hope he also turns out to be a good broodmare sire.
