Their parents Danedrop and Galileo already got their freak on. Danedrop is carrying afaik. Galileo/Danehill cross not the worst in the world, or so I heard. ;)

Given the reasons behind Frankel's own name, "Sir Henry" and "Cecil" seem a worthy choice for one of the best of his first crop and presumably the Prince has snapped them up as they are not available on the BHA name checker.
