In recent interviews he has said that he continues to train but hasnt many finicanical incentives and had said his staff knew this so it was a motivater for them to be successful but at the recent sales he hasnt picked up anything of signicicance and has sold many top lots. Im wondering is he starting to sell some top lots bit by bit in order to avoid a firesale in a stock disbursal.
Or maybe he just doesnt like the sts he is seeing on the ground

On the staff note he has a lot so he has to pay for them someway and no better time to cash in on STS than now. He held on to 2 tho one out of Maoineach and a filly out of Luminaria (if they are still on the ground).
Anyway lets be honest everything has a price aswell and Jim Bolger has a lot of proven broodmares so he doesnt really ever go mad at the sales buying and on the other hand he can afford to go selling
