From 38 individual winners in first crop to nearly non existent in second crop.

Dubawi and Shamardal having a quiet year with stakes winners aswell what the hell is going on at Darley :o

Very disappointing season for the 2 new big things at Darley. And Teofilo hasn't set the 2yr division alight despite his strong sales. Mind you doing well with your first crop and ended champion freshman sire has not been a good blessing for previous horses.

Iffraaj doing a bit of a Kheleyf sadly.

Dubawi not doing too badly I thought, ok, German derby winner and non top class filly going to America and winning one of their weak turf Gr1 races isn't going to set the world alight but should keep him ticking over.

Shamardal not helped by Casamento and Shakespearean going down with a bad case of the blues [;)]

With the top mares they will have attracted surely they cannot fail to come back at some point. On that subject if I don't see a few decent Nayefs emerging soon.......surely thats the lull to end all lulls Silly

In fairness to kheleyf he got 15 2 year old winners in his 2nd season, Iffraaj has only 2 to date. I think its because they were not expected to be great stallions (aned maybe they're not), and were only used by commercial breedrs in their 1st season. He, like Kheleyf, will have covered a much better book this year and we will find out about him in due course.
