Will he stay the Gold Cup distance?

Shirley Heights on the dam side a good influence for stamina, but will it be enough?

If F&G does win Gold Cup it will be "he shows so much speed at home, we did not know whether to run him in the gold cup or the golden jubilee"

When working out the gold cup, the legend of Yeats won it  4m 20.73s (2009, g2f),  4m 21.14s (2008, g2f),  4m 20.78s (2007, g2f),   4m 20.45s (2006 g2f) and Westerner  4m 19.49s in 2005 (all times from RP)

When you consider Rite of Passage won it in 4m 16.92 last year (g2f, and backed up by speed figure), either they ran it over the wrong distance which is distinctly possible or he is pretty close to a certainty
