The Wolf got his first winner yesterday, thanks to "Hamza", The 2yo trained by K Ryan,(who also trained the sire) made virtually all, to win the 5f maiden by a comfy 3.25 L, Hopefully more winners to come from this first season sire.

He sure is workrider, looks like he will be a useful but rare route into Danehill,Dandy Man will be popular if Amadeus Wolf goes on from this..........lets hope they both are successful.Amadeus Wolf does not really have a great page behind him,but Dandy Man has a classy and fast page to boot!Cool[;)]

I am fortunate to have an Amadeus Wolf. A lovely looking strong horse with fine head and good walk. Showed good attitude but just backed off as starting to grow. Hopefully out in a couple of months.

He looked like a nice early 2yo type and there was another winner today in the same vein at Windsor for Paul Cole.
Could be classy types for their breeders. Well done to them a nice season commencement for sure!

Yes Rip Van I have heard of a filly of that name. I agree, she looks promising. Let's hope she lives up to it.........

This is not something i would do usually but do you think she will have a good go at any classic races this year as i did pick her out on the one to follow thread a couple of months back. That was some call to use Dubawi on a Green Desert mare in his first year at stud, is she returning to him?

Rip Van,I really can't comment on that!Connections are not known for making entries without good reason, the horses run on their merits if she holds a classic entry then that's the level hoped for.Good luck if you have her.[;)]

A wound up Paul Cole 2yo is not a shoe in for a long and successful career is it!

That said I'm sure most of us would settle for a start like that though Cool

I have an interest in a 2yo colt, by Amadeus Wolf, should run in 2-3 weeks, coming on well, trainer feels he mite be more of a 6f horse, than "an out and out sprinter" fingers crossed,he might be lucky for us,[;)]
