The opening 2yo race at the Curragh is a sign that spring is here. Richard Fahy runs a colt by Elusive City for Sir Alex Ferguson and I don't imagine that he is sending it there to get it handicapped for nurseries.

It was named Lost City, which wasn't 'lost' on the Man U fans in the pub today, some of whom felt it should have been called "City Lost".
OK- it's by Elusive City, but it looked a pretty undiplomatic naming anyway! |
