Koo, are you wanting a jumper or an an all weather horse?
Report Koo.... November 30, 2010 12:58 PM GMT
Either - i just like going trying to find something no one can see really.

Its just the fun part of the game for me being a form man as i can read into the horses i hope better than the vast majority.

Do you ever buy unraced ones? Friends took one Newbury last week that didnt sell, most forward one there, ready new years day bumper/hur and sort that could run every 3 wks. lot 38, u can see it breeze on doncaster site. They said the few buyers there wanted big Irish ones to look at rather than run, theirs is a proper racehorse, great fun for syndicate.

I do indeed buy the odd unraced bumper type.   The lot you mention seems a decent enough type on paper but sadly i've already got one unraced bumper type at home ready to run and havent found syndicating it that easy so far so i couldnt justify buying another one.

I wish them well with it if they choose to race it for themselves.   Should they need a good trainer, can i push forward my trainer.  Brian Ellison as a likely man to get the very best from it.

I think hes cutting back partly due to a lack if sucess on the big saturday meetings and some other reasons.

He should really spread his money futher afield and im sure hed be at the festival meetings regulary

Bad luck. But your'e put out of your misery!

Yes, the bumper horse is on the site.  His price has gone up from what i paid for him though as he working very well at home and could be a very nice prospect.  Works nicely with most the flat horses so sadly ive had to reflect that fact he seems very good in the price now hes nearly ready to run as if he wins his first bumper he becomes worth alot more.

Hes still unnameed as well and appears on the website as unraced 4yo gelding

You must be looking forward to Saptapadi Koo with anticipation ?

To be honest im usually that busy i struggle to get upbeat about anything more than a week away !!!

But yes, when i sit down and think about how good he is there is that feeling of what could happen.   Plan C is the Ebor for christ sake.   How good is that for a plan C.   hurdling is plan E probably !!!   but its not a 50's poke he ventured down that route eventually.

He was the horse i wanted all season and now i got him.   Just gotta pray he really settles down at Brians and channels all his natural ability into performance.

best of luck with him if he was mine id be going straight over hurdles hed be one of highest rated rated flat horses going jumping this season .do u plan to school him anytime soon koo just to give him a pop and see what hes like
