where does he stand,and any thoughts on him in general?

He is standing in australia I think for $5500. A potentially excellent racehorse - but we never got a chance to see what he could do and Halling is not a commercial sire of sires. There was something about him that hinted at real ability - it will be interesting to see how he goes with the fast Hyperion-line and Danehill speed mares they have in Australia.  He needs an infusion of speed and I think Australia is a good place for him.  He would have ended up as jumps stallion over here.

Sounds less good when you say he was behind Dragon Dancer in Sir Percy's Derby though '-)
