That to me seems a high valuation at 800k,I'd say 450/500k ATM but that does depend on how he goes on this year

Thanks Prima for that. Yet more example of the madness in our industry. I'm not sure how desirable Temple Meads is, but he sure as hell should be a better prospect than the myriad of foals, yearlings and breeze up horses that go through every year at higher prices than that.
