correct me if im wrong but i heard a rumour that in buying him they had the BC mile as a thought given that its 20years since Lester Piggott Royal Academy...a rumour no doubt Coolmore arent the sentimentle type

Agree with Pot M,as you could see the other day at York he does not have the early pace for 5f,reckon he would of got the win if it was over 6f.

Well i saw him at York and he certainly is not a 5 furlong horse i'd say a mile could be his trip at the breeders cup

Don't agree flushgordan,He has don't forget been on the go a while now and then there is all the travelling and quarantine it does take a lot out of them,you could say he's no better than his own sire if a bit better looking,but I don't rate him if he goes to France (doubt he will go) should be better in the BC if they run him in the mile,hyped yeah but no more than most of theirs,without a doubt Steinbeck holds the over-hyped crown by a mile!

And he has only just turned 4 years old to Australian time. I think he is a good horse but I am still not convinced that DD is the sire of sires that Danehill is but I would use SSB - I agree with PD that he has been on the go for a long time and I think AOB is expecting a lot of him to win these three G1s after coming over from Australia.
