With the Doyles buying your horses they don't need to pay big bucks.......serious bloodstock agents.

Wasn't the only George Washington filly, Date With Destiny, a tidy few quid?

With the Doyles buying your horses they don't need to pay big bucks.......serious bloodstock agents. Are they GANT007? I don't know about 'the Doyles' but Peter Doyle is a serious, well ..........perhaps I'd better leave that one,I'll leave you to guess! |

As you know Prima I'm with you on the Messrs. Doyles
It upsets the hell out of me how they do business and they don't do it with me! But - and this grieves me - their little Hannon system is a tried and (mis!) trusted operation. |
|
By:
I've never had a problem with Peter Doyle they've bought off us for years he's very interesting to listen to and i've nothing bad to say about them.

All I can say if anyone is going to 'rip me off'they have to be VERY smart the person was not,the person will never forget it!Whenever I speak to the person the person is VERY uncomfortable.

What a cracking first run. She looks like a female George Washington. I hope she goes on to do well.

Yes would be nice if she turned out really good - like her father who was a sort of tragic hero really.

potential..you say that the Doyles don't buy off you..that says a great deal for you imo.
Rip;You say they keep coming back to you.....funny that,I wonder why that is? |
|
By:
Does it, notenough?
Believe me, my ratio of winners to foals bred is higher than most people I know, so I suspect it says more about them. |
|
By:
Incidentally notenough. Your post contained a degree of ambiguity on re-reading and I couldn't really tell whether you were having a go at me or at Rip van.
Still I daresay we've both got broad enough shoulders to cope and if it's your thing to keep having a dig, well perhaps community and integrity are overrated anyway . |

potential..you say that the Doyles don't buy off you..that says a great deal for you imo. Are you a vendor at the sales notenough? You may have heard of the saying 'scratch my back'...well that's how it all works, agents can be very greedy, perhaps Pot M only like's to pay Tatt's and not OVER GREEDY agents,I'm sure you know what and who I'm on about. |

By:
potential..... I meant what I wrote..it says a great deal FOR you!!
prima... I know exactly what you are saying, and my praise of potential is referring to it. why hasn't Rip answered my question? |
|
By:
Notenough, humble pie now being taken. . . Sorry for the mis-interpretation!
|
|
By:
No problem...I was too ambiguous..betfair police and all that.
Anybody dealt with Mrs. Fitri Hay's northern trainer?Or Mr.Denmark's original NH trainer(now spanish based)? |
|
By:
notenough: they dont buy every year but do buy are stock occasionally and its a bonus to have them bidding on a horse that you own, must be happy with what there getting
