I really love some of his offspring but i dont know many that stay beyond 2m4f, ok a few might not be good enough but some have been bred with irish national winners.

He seems like a speed horse.

Riverside Theatre is one of my favourite horses after he finished 3rd behind DH, done well on speed tracks.

What was the reason behind KT being a NH stallion, i keep looking at his pedigree but cant really see any proven stamina. Dont get me wrong he can produce a superstar over 2m-ish

your thoughts ?

That Hugh Taylor stat the other week was impressive. KT runners over hurdles show an overall profit. That must be fairly unique.

I don't know where that hurdles stat came from. My records show 325 wins from 2282 runs, loss to a £1 stake of £63.96.

Morning. Hugh put it up on ATR a couple of weeks ago. I took note as some of my favourite young NH horses are KTs.

I'll take your word happily. I am well aware you know your stuff. Not that I'd use it as a system anyway of course but he is clearly getting some good NH stock

I must say I was surprised at the profit for bumpers, might be worth keeping an eye on.

For the prices his progeny were getting at the sales for the last 5 years, he has been abit of a disapointment by and large imo

We're massive fans of KT progeny. We've a 2yo Gelding (ex Supreme Leader) and a beautiful filly yearling out of an Erins Isle mare, along with a 10yo broodmare who recently foaled to Presenting. From what we have seen in our small breeding operation and on the track from others recently (Menorah,Riverside Theatre,Lilywhitedancer) he is gonna be close to champion NH sire in the next season or two. Lovely forward stock, great lookers, speedy types

3 winners at Chel today for KT. Captain Chris looks like a serious prospect.

Suprised this thread has lasted so long without anyone saying the words 'Cue' or 'Card'.

If I had a Strong Gale mare I know where I would be sending her. After Menorah and captain Chris they will be in big demand.
