The three that spring to mind ...

1. Most obviously, if the producers hadn't accidentally got their most high profile HM evicted by putting the whole house up for the vote (without really thinking through the consequences) how well would Nikki have done the first time round?

2. BB8 was all about Chanelle until she left. Could she have won?

3. Another BB8 forgotten soul that imo had huge potential to shape the series was Emily Parr. She seemed to attract all manner of situations to her in the brief period she was in.. antagonist to Chanelle, loved by the twins.. How well could she have done.

Any others that like these will now remain unsolved like the riddle of the Sphinx

I always felt JM that the uBB thing would have much better with a 3 week '1st evicted housemate' from each series, no evictions first week, and see what they were really like. Laugh

I would love to have seen why some of them really made the cut?

It could have been quite boring of course, as it would have been all females, but Im sure they could have shook that up a bit? Cool

There were certainly a few first evictees that could have been interesting over a longer trip.
Mary the witch from BB6 Laugh (who subsequently turned out to have been quite genuinely a nutcase and noty putting it on) had a household full of some of the biggest characters in the whole series slightly scared of her and relieved that she went. I always felt that everything that happened after that would have been seriously reshaped by her dark, Christianity baiting presence.

In BB3,all housemates were up for eviction in the first week. Jade and Lynn got the most votes from the public and the housemates then had to choose which one of them should leave. They all decided to keep Jade.

How would Jade's life have been different if she had gone out in the first week. Would she still be alive?

If Tickle hadn't been put in a double negative 3 way vote, how much would he have won the show by?

Only Brian Dowling and Pete Bennett were clear winners in so far as the remained the most popular housemate for the duration of the show.  Luck plays a huge part with the show being so long and the fact that evictions aren't universal, and are a negative vote which tends to get rid of a lot of the bigger characters.  There's loads of hard luck stories and it's often a show which doesn't take a lot of winning.  Slow and Steady can often win the race.  The likes of Rachel Rice or Anthony Hutton winning IMAC for example is almost unthinkable.

This year's show is a prime example.  All Josie had to do vote wise was bt JJ Andrew Dave and Mario in a +ve vote.  If any of her opponents had been in IMAC I think it's very likely indeed they'd have been the first person evicted.
