I've been evicted from Digital Spy about 78 times trying to ramp and defend contestants, but Kitten has managed to do it without ever being banned, so probably him.

I haven't been banned for a while but threads where I start a debate going (even if not the OP) tend to disappear, ie are pulled, it's most disconcerting and time wasting.
Hordes of irritable PC women with their cursors twitching over the ALERT button.

Yes they were thinking of putting them in this forum upgrade. It would be disastrous, cost them hours of support time, and most of us would end up banned.

In fairness I should say that sadly most men in the modern world chose (false) security over freedom too. (PC only works because the group it oppresses are excessively tolerant and quiet. For now).

(CLYDEBANK29 and MATTIEM are the Ultimate Specials posters from the old days and thankfully CLYDE still posts his pearls of Wisdom once in a while- his BB post from BB2008 about people that like LISA also like SARA by looking at posts on forums was shrewd beyond believe- SARA promptly crashed in odds when LISA got evicted)
When it comes to BB only though it's got to be BudgieBird(Mainly) & Freshman from the year Nadia won. I manged to back Nadia myself at 28/1 but they tipped up Michelle when she was evicted at I think around 10/1 (Jason was in the mix at heavy odds on). Then Victor at around 12/1 in the next eviction(Jason was in the eviction mix again at heavy odds on). Then Jason at circa 12/1 for Top Man against Dan(totally against the polls at the time- they were shrewdly assuming Jason would get the Anti Nadia Vote). My best ever BB year (BB2005).

You'd also have to have Bunnyman,Arbitrage and Laughing Grravy in the mix
Bunnyman - He is someone who takes his own line, has made it through the years and had a significant influence on the markets on here...just a shame he always falls for the bad girls [:)]
Arbitrage - the bb professional's professional and always a gentleman....basically good show for arb [:p]
Laughing Gravy - the dandy of the forum,mr threadstarter,a player who wears his heart on his sleeve...although i could be wrong
Non Runner - Fiveleavesleft
too young,too smart,too this,too that

Agree with the names already put forth, as well as most of the best posters showed up in the thread too
Ricky the Rabbit (I'm awful with names, think that was him) who won everyone a fortune with the twinning or Chanelle not leaving the house (one of those) as well as Frasier are two I'd add from the late shift and comedy dept.
Just too many to mention though as contenders. LGs runners and riders was a staple and all the night shift guys from bb4 thru to about bb9

I've only read the forum since BB6 but names that stand out as most memorable for me are Five Leaves Left, attitude adjuster, The Kitten, coddieuk and maiaze. A special mention to Lori who is the funniest and wittiest forumite by far. Obviously all the others as well. While I haven't contributed to the forum that much, it has been a great pleasure to enjoy the banter and the tips (ramping [;)]) here.
Cheers for that, ya'll.

I'm not going to chuck names in for the sake of it and although there are people that I suspect I would really like if I met them because they seem decent, liberal and human (I'm thinking of aa and deejayric in particular, although there are others), and forumites I enjoy because they hold their hands up (like Maiaze) and those like Pakey who seem good coves, my Ultimate Forumite award must go to a man who is always there, is always helpful, has longevity and who loves Big Brother almost as much as I do (I've always been a fan first and a punter second) and that is Squares. I've never known him brag, I've no idea if he plays to big stakes or small, but I do know that he doesn't lie, is never unkind or nasty and what he posts is the bedrock of the Forum.
I desperately hope Mr Desmond comes to our rescue because I love the programme and I love the Forum. On brilliant nights the forum can still crackle and during boring nightly installments at least you know you are not alone wasting your life and losing your brian cells.
Thank you to everybody who has posted throughout all these years. As John Le Mesurier said as he lay dying "it's all been rather lovely".
Kindest Regards to All

Have to agree that there is a high ratio of decent posters on here, who know what they are talking about, and have the integrity to admit when they are wrong and take it on the chin. I really miss the long discussions I had with budgiebird, even though a lot of the time, our thoughts were conflicting regarding contestant's possibilities of winning. I'm not going to include everybody as there is way too many, but just trying to whittle it down a bit.
five leaves left is always fantastic as he keeps us up to date with the polls that matter, twitter and any other stats related to the on line users.
maiaze can always guarante to give me a smile when I read his threads. (and not just because of his choice of winner )
laughing gravy is an absolute gentleman, and one who I see as the conscience of the forum. Always there to step in when it gets too hot on here and remind everybody what we are here for. Also the provider of some of the funniest write ups of the competitiors in recent years.
squares for giving fantastic information about the horses, which I am always looking for, but you lot tend to ignore (to your cost)
attitude adjuster who keeps us informed about things back in the homeland, and is always quick to point out when I am being an idiot. (which is quite a lot of the time)
The Kitten for his sense of fun and slight craziness. Hope all is well mate, get Kat Out etc. [;)]
Not got much more time so apologies if I have omitted anybody, the main thing is that I doubt that there are many forums better than this one, and it is down to all of us for this, so well done chaps and chapesses.
lg, I'm not sure if I like being called a small, sheltered bay, how very dare you.

As I am an infrequent poster of late it was nice to get a mention so thanks for that aa. Here are my 5 nominations:
five leaves left - seems to have the midas touch of late. If my book reflects his, then I know I'm not so far off.
PAKEY - for persistance in sticking by his outsiders and occasionally landing an outrageous long shot.
LG - perfect description by Pakey - the conscience of the forum, impossible to wind up and doesn't seem to have a bad bone in his body.
Clydebank29 - encyclopeadic knowledge of all things BB and a keen nose for value. Was a stalwart in the glory days of BB and on that basis deserves a mention even if he is less involved nowadays.
The Kitten - for winding me up more than any other forummite - not difficult I admit. His blatant and unashamed ramping was relentless but done with humour and the forum was a livelier place for it.
