When she walked the lines werent open (besides she wasnt nommed) so no contractual issues like Nikki back in the day.

It's the ultimate and BB's rules at it's own descetion. House, mates' lockdown is only hours so divulging 'the outside' counts for nothing anymore.

Imo, she could be put back in and there would be little or no ramifications.

Essentially it would be simply up to the producers and Josie.

Interesting idea. Wouldn't it undermine BB though? Endemol are carrying on with it on Ch Five.

no more than have hnates coming to and fro as they have been during bb11 and now UBB

The issues before were about contracts with the paying public re votes, and outside info coming into the house.

Neither issue is now particularly relevant

Having Josie come back in on these terms wouldnt devalue the franchise - if anything it would increase it given Josie's fanbase and continuing narrative.

She left mid noms so they would have to start again, she will have been in media talks all day and as we speak is probably negotiating a fee in the region of 100k does anyone seriously think she will go back inLaugh

Leaving mid-noms has not even been mentioned - so I really dont think that will matter.

I would agree that it will boil down to money though.  And she may well go back next week, getting the best of both worlds.

My overall point is that she could go back and there would be few if any contractual complications, nor would there be any outrage/uproar of any note from other parties - whoever they may be.

All pretty much true. But I still don't understand where her motivation to go back comes from?

I dont understand where BBs motivation to let her back in comes from

She wasnt exactly offering much

Well it's all about weighing up thechances.  if she does return ie BB let her go back in, she's bund to figure in the narrative, hacve plenty of residual support and sympathy and be considered a runner.

So what price would you want to be laying her atm?

Personally I wouldnt want to lay her at over 20's and have backed her at mid sixties, anything in the middle depends on whether it suits your book imo

She was mentally shot, why would she ever want to do another 2 weeks in the house when she can be with friends and family and is out the house at the perfect time to make most money from mag deals.
