Her chances have just obliterated
Report jenkins August 23, 2010 10:59 PM BST
she's got to be kicked out surely?
Report GeorgeBrush August 23, 2010 11:00 PM BST
Nantwich?
Report DTizzle August 23, 2010 11:01 PM BST
I heard that too. Surely she should be evicted for that?
Report Henry VIII August 23, 2010 11:01 PM BST
I missed it but can't say I'm concentrating much. She hasn't been kicked out anyway.

She will be Henry after the spate of e-mails bout to be sent complaining...

Sophie Reade switched the Christmas lights on in Nantwich last year, her home town, would you believe!

Only you heard it jenkins, you little wind up merchant Blush
Report DTizzle August 23, 2010 11:08 PM BST
Oh I heard it too Henry. For certain.

If you have Sky Plus, rewind it to the bit where that singer leaves the house
Report A1 Bionic August 23, 2010 11:10 PM BST
nothing on DS
Report Henry VIII August 23, 2010 11:11 PM BST
Thanks guys, I don't have Sky (yet) but I'll see it on C4+1.

It does seem surprising that they had it on the HL's, after kicking out Emily.
Report A1 Bionic August 23, 2010 11:12 PM BST
load of balls

sounds more like singer than anything else
Report GeorgeBrush August 23, 2010 11:12 PM BST
Didn't hear it.

But the parrot definitely mouths 'filthy coon'
Report A1 Bionic August 23, 2010 11:13 PM BST
or even zinger

Laugh Last year whenever I walked or cycled to a friend's house I passed a parrot in a cage in a garden that used to call me everything under the sun. Quite shocking first time. (The parrot's gone now alas).
Report Patented August 23, 2010 11:21 PM BST
think she said 'later' as he had just said it
just watched it again
Report Arbitrage August 23, 2010 11:27 PM BST
Wasn't Emily from Bristol?  Totally acceptable.
Report SelkirkAgain August 24, 2010 1:45 PM BST
I recorded it and just watched the episode now. Having rewound it 5 times I can say that she definitely used the n word.

It was said in the same way that that numbskull Emily used it yet she was kicked out.
Report Mikeeey August 24, 2010 1:48 PM BST
what's wrong with saying the n-word anyway?
Report SelkirkAgain August 24, 2010 2:04 PM BST
Nothing but Emily got kicked out for saying it.
Report donkeypunch August 24, 2010 2:33 PM BST
her name was dragged through the mud
Report A1 Bionic August 24, 2010 3:19 PM BST
how can you say definitely? I replayed it several times and cant make out what it was
Report deejayric August 24, 2010 3:31 PM BST
I replayed it several times too and it definitely wasn't the 'N' word - mainly because whatever word it was, it didn't start with an 'N'

But don't let that get in the way of a lively forum debate Happy

Please refer to page 180 of the definative guide to betting exchanges for this old chest nut :-)
Report SelkirkAgain August 24, 2010 4:47 PM BST
It began with n and was followed by a squeaky igger.

Don't let your lack of hearing/lip reading skills get in the way of a lively forum debate.
Report shrewdbury August 24, 2010 4:50 PM BST
Some desperate Josie layers on here.
Report deejayric August 24, 2010 4:53 PM BST
Ok Selkirk, we disagree. Again. But ask yourself... why would Josie say that word to a black guy she barely knows just as he was leaving the house? Doesn't really fit with her character profile Confused

Good luck with this.
Report deejayric August 24, 2010 4:54 PM BST
bit of a non-story this, apart from on here Blush
Report shrewdbury August 24, 2010 4:58 PM BST
...even if she did say it, it would obviously be denied both by Josie and BB, and as it's basically inaudible then....as if.

Just lump your mortgages on her at 1.05 instead. [;)]
Report deejayric August 24, 2010 5:01 PM BST
she might drift to 1.06 on the back of this bombshell shrewd
Report SelkirkAgain August 24, 2010 5:13 PM BST
lol Deejay she didn't say it in a derogatory way, she said it as a wigga trying to be street.

You guys have it your own way but she definitely said it.

100%
Report deejayric August 24, 2010 5:24 PM BST
I'm aware of the context Selkirk. But it is something that is said, right or wrong, when "trying to be street" amongst friends who would not take offence, not to a total stranger. She's not a complete imbecile.

Amazing how there is nothing about this on DS, yet they would take any opportunity to stick the knife in to Josie
