Fwiw Sam's polling in the eviction polls has continued improving (I'm mainly concentrating on the eviction polls) compared with Mario and Dave, a continuing trend, and if it continues he will out of the doomed 4 in a couple of days.

Actually going on the basis that the more fanatical will be faster to the polls, Sam's position is improving relatively faster with the casuals. (What I mean exactly by casuals is those who look at a BB website 2 or 3 times a week rather than many times a day. Not strictly "casuals" but an indicator).

This is understandable, the more fanatical (I don't use this term derogatively, it includes us after all) will have more established favourites who Sam is most likely to disrupt.

But the main point is that his situation is improving rapidly across the board. The uncertainty is whether it's too late or not.

The lateness may be the real problem here Henry.  They opened the lines before yesterday's twist so I'm guessing JJ1's fans layed into Sam and vice versa, with probably only Steve registering anything significant of the others.

As the more casual viewer/voter as you term it starts to understand what is fully going on then I think your conclusion is correct that others could come into it.  This event could easily pull multi-votes......who for example would not want to get Dave out?  I thinks it very possible that JJ1, Dave and Steve go before Sam if it gets close but who else?

Do we believe the producers are up for a challenge to save him?  They should probably give Mario or JJ2 some really poor edits.  But has the damage already been done?

I think you both could be right, but unusually it is changing on an hourly basis.
