Apoparently they are a stellar band, shooting for stardom, off I go, tell you later how it goes, anyone want to join me i'll be on the beach at Alum Chine.

Clear sky up here in the highlands........ and I just clocked 7 of em in 10 mins!

I saw nothing, absolutely diddly squat. Ventured right out to the shore edge (and bear in mind Bournemouth isn't light polluted on the seafront, unlike Brighton and Blackpool). Nothing, well, if any consolation it was peaceful hearing the waves crashing to shore, but i've experienced that before. Total let-down. Perseus meteor, hang your starry bangle in shame!

Thats the trouble with dahn saaath husky - too much light pollution.  Was good ere tho!

Saw a couple in oxfordshire here for the weekend, but my bloody neck hurts

I reccommend taking a holiday in a location on the path of totality of a solar eclipse. You won't forget observing cosmic snooker in a hurry.
