Nice write up cheers for the effort. Rating Ben's chances at the moment but as you say he looks capable of putting his foot in it at some stage.

Your welcome, apologies for all the spelling mistakes was in a bit of rush when I was typing earlier.
I could prove to be completely wrong but I've done okay in previous series. |

Just decided to pop back in again, nothings really changed in my opinion that much.
Happy to oppose Corin and Steve who are near the top of the market at present. I've heavily backed Ben and John James, Ben's price is coming down to about right I'd say now but I still think JJ's price is too long. Mario hasn't done himself any favours over the last couple of days, although there's plenty of time for him to turn things around. Wouldn't back at current price would rather wait and see. I'm basically currentley happy to take Josie, Ben and John James against the field, although I'm also green on both Mario and Dave. But the previous three mentioned are my biggest greens. The rest are all red, Ife and Nathan being my biggest two reds. |

Totally agree about JJ - alongside Ben, he's one of THE central character in the house. He's obviously got a vulnerable side and a real sense of fairness, plus he seems to be the one most capable of learning from mistakes.
Ben is a bumbling comedy character who probably hasn't got the depth of appeal to win it (although he's got much more chance that Steve and Mario). Ben's and JJ's prices are the wrong way round imo. |

Thought I'd pop back in with my thoughts. Happy to say the three I've taken against the field Josie, Ben and JJ are currentley the top three in the market.
The prices of Corin and Steve are interesting though they both drifted out to double figures which I thought seemed a fair price on their chances. Corin showed her true colours with the rant at JJ and Steve snapped at Ben which wouldn't have done his chances any favours. Even despite these two incidents both these housemates offer very little towards the house entertainment and I'm still happy to be against them. My biggest green is on Ben and JJ as I believe they are the biggest two characters in the house and if anyone is capable of having "a winning moment" it's one of these two. I'm still green on Josie but I'm happy to leave most of my green on Ben and JJ as I feel they've got a better chance than the odds suggest at the moment, I'd personally have the three as joint-favourites. Meanwhile the new housemates always bring something new to the house. It's hard to judge them straight away but it's fairly obvious to me that Andrew looks the best bet out of the three. Nerdy characters usually do well, Jon Tickle and Eugene were brilliant housemates but even they failed to win the show. Will be difficult for Andrew to win the show from here and the current price of 11 looks a little too short for me, I'm happy to have break-even on all the new housemates at present because you can almost gurantee that two of them won't be still in the house come the final. Elsewhere I'm still green on Mario and Dave although I feel that Dave is still very good value since he's become popular in the house and I thought he dealt with the Keeva situation well and it's hard not to see him in the final. The same goes for Mario but is price is nothing to shout about really. |

Market is starting to get a lot more interesting now. The surge on Andrew has been very strong over the last week, I had to give in and back him 8.00 because is price was only going one way. He's had good shows so far but the novely may wear off soon, he's a small green for me.
I've laid some of my John James greem off now and it's only a medium green now, he had a biggish argument with Ben last night and that side of him won't do himself any favours, despite this he's got a good fan base. Ben himself I feel still has a really good chance of winning, my only fear is he may just have "a crazy moment" and start shouting at everyone. He's my biggest green along with Mario, who seems as popular as ever, backed him at average odds of 13.8, is price is currentley 9.8. He will surely be in the final and I can see him moving up the market soon. Of the rest I still have good green on Dave who in my mind hasn't done much wrong but he rarely seems to feature that much but I think his price is too big. Everyone else is big red, but I'm thinking of maybe backing Keeva whom I did say as no chance of winning a few weeks back but she's changed quite a bit since Shabby left and seems a bit more fun and popular in the house. Hard to see her winning but the current price of 40+ is surely a tradable option. |

John James - As rightly become favoruite after a very impressive week. He dealt with the whole Josie situation really well and seems to have stopped arguing. I backed him at double figures, his current price of 4.5 is probably slightly on the short considering how long's left. But if he keeps his temper in check he's in with a great chance.
Josie - Weirdly she didn't drift with the whole episode with Keeva, in which she was in the wrong for in my opinion. John James good shows and the more prominent highlight shows for Corin and Steve and sene her drift slighty. I was already green on her but happy to top up at the current price of 7.4, which is definitley too big in my opinion. Corin - Definitley my biggest headache of the lot. Her selfishness was slear in the task this week when she continued on despite a fellow HM being in pain. She can't sang nor dance and seemingly only knows a few phrases which she uses all day. She doesn't bitch as such but listens to other people bitch and than just agree with what ever they are syaing. My average lay of hher is around 6 and that's her current price, I'm definitley not thinking of reducing my red on her at present. Mario - Another interesitng HM, seems very friendly and popular in the house but there's always that other side to him whihc he gets annoyed and says so (usually directed towards Ben). I've backed him in double figures that current price of 9.2 maybe slightly short but I think he will deifnitely be in the final. It's whether he's capable of having a winning moment somewhere along the line. Ben - He is by far and away my favourite HM, he moans, he bitches, he argues but still manages to be funny throughout. I can see Ben having a more loyal folllowing gained throughout the show but it's whether he can overcome the casual voter whom is probably going to go for the likes of John James, Josie or Corin. Still think he's got a better chance than Mairo, I'd switch their odds around to be fair. Ben is crackign value at 10.5 in my opinion, only reason for this price can be that he could possibly consider leaving at some point (due to lack of sleep), but I think he'll stick it through personally. Andrew - I got suckered into bakcing him at single figures despite saying that even 11.0 was too short for him. The plunge was of epic propotions I would say. His odds are probably sbout right now although I really do like his dry sense of humour (some people may not get it) and he does show vunerability at times which cna only be helpful to his cause. Happy to top the green on him a little at 15.5 Steve - Did very well in the task this weke but I cna help but feel he's quite boring on the large part. I fail to see where his votes are coming from. Probably make the final but I don't see him winning it. Rachel - Laid her at 28 when she was new to the house. Could already tell she was the lound type and therefore going to cause annoyance. Up last week and will surely be up again this week, doesn't make much appeal even at the price of 90. Dave - His highlights recentley have bene terrible, don't know whether it's just bad edits or what. But he only ever seems to appear in bithcing sense. He does have a good sesne of humour but we rarely see this on the highlights. Still got grene on him as he's gor a chance of making the final in my opinion, but I'll be shocked if he wins from he people have already made their minds up about hin. Jo. - Don't know why the Hms picked her to be honest. She doesn't look the typical Big Brother HM and women over the age of 30 rarely do well on these types of show. Laura - When I saw her she reminded me of BB10 winner Sophie. Both in looks and maneers. She seems the slightly nice but dopey type, didn't see much of her on live feed. But she's worth a small back at 50s in the opinion. JJ - OR JJ2 as he's become known, intial impressions were strong. He seems geniune, confident and good-looking, three good characteristics that have served well for male housemates in Big Brother. Only concern is that JJ1 already as large chunk of the sort of people that like his type of character. JJ2 although I 'd want to back, that price dropped below 10 last night, which was a bit extreme. Managed to get £100 on at 16 which I'm happy with. Current price is 14.5 which is sitll well worth bakcing in my opinion. From first impressions at least this guy could make a huge impact on the house. |
