can i have my money back

i have only been playing betfair poker for a few weeks and for the 2nd time the tables froze the 1st time i got a full refund well done betfair tonight my 3 tables froze and i waited 2 hours before i had to go out but still they were frozen when i came back in i found i had lost the money from all 3 tables even tho i was in the money places on all three all 3 were stt and the 2 hours plus the half hour i had been playing was more than enough time to complete all 3 tourneys please do the right thing betfair and refund the stakes thanking you in anticipation of a fair action on your part
