Betfair mobile

Had betfair mobile working fine on my Iphone 6 ...today it seemed to change over to a newer version...which is very hard to navigate for horse racing..even when you want to enter stake..letters rather than numbers appear to input....any help anyone?

It's horrendous. Why can't a company like Betfair get a decent App sorted. The live video is appalling and American Raving live video doesn't work. Letters instead of numbers, awkward navigation, unmatched bets are a nightmare to sort out, balance display is crap etc etc...

I have no idea who is doing the mobile site user testing - the old app was actually a good experience. Being forced to use this ridiculous laggy poorly laid out "new" mobile app is appalling.
