Is anyone currently struggling with the performance of the I Phone app since it was last updated. The response has been very poor and the my bet function keeps clearing and saying that there are no bets. This is causing havoc when
I'm trying to see what has been matched and what hasn't. The bet page doesn't update until much later either so I keep having to swap between both pages. I have now added I Bet as the betfair app cant be trusted but would be interested in Betfairs view as you have taken a product that worked perfectly and replaced it with a seriously sub standard product that is going to end up costing someone(probably me) a large sum of money.

I'm experiencing these same issues. I downloaded the last iPhone app update last month and ever since the performance has been horrendous. App freezes or lags, my bets keep disappearing or it incorrectly says I have no bets, takes forever to maneuver through menus, etc. It's cost me a decent amount of money already.
