I know I can't be the only one with this problem. When I click to back a golfer (or other sport) where I have a position on my android phone, the screen contracts and the yellow "take" button ends up immediately under the wager where you would usually confirm the wager. If you don't notice this right awa and inadvertantly hit the take button it will sell your position immediately. I calculated that I've lost over $800 since this take button was introduced by having to rebuy positions I never wanted to sell.
3 suggestions for betfair to fix this issue:
1- Change the colour of the take button to something different than the other buttons so bettors can easily identify that say the green button is the take. Why would you have different options with the same yellow highlight anyway?
2- Put in a confirmation when you hit the take so a bettor can halt the process. When you back or lay a competitor it asks you to confirm that you want to actually make that back/lay but for some reason if you hit the take there is no confirmation and it just sells your position. Why in the world would you not require a confirm for selling your position also?
3- Put in an option to turn off the take on the mobile. The option is there on a PC but on the mobile there is no way to turn off the take button.
