Back bets taken as lays?

I have had this a few times now, I make a bet back, check all details, place bet but then it gets taken as a lay bet.
Most notibly this happened in the Athletic Madrid game playing now.

I did think at first it was me making a mistake but now I am 99.9999999% sure I am doing it right.

I can't contact support, twice they have ripped me off for over £100 and refused to help me and it is impossible to actually speak to the same person twice, so I am hoping someone can help here.

Anyone else had this problem?
