20% mobile cashback on loss from Friday 8th June - EUROS

Hi all

Having a real issue trying to get betfair to refund 20% losses from the first day of the euros following their advertised 20% mobile promotion. CS are telling me i didnt place my bets through mobile, when i know for certain i used the betfair mobile application.  Is anyone else having this issue  - it seems ridiculous. There is also no way of proving through your statement on the users end , that the bet was placed on a mobile - if there is clearly a facility by betfair to indicate if it was a mobile bet, how can this error have occured. I can only assume a sheer volume of users doing this has caused confusion on their system or they are overwhelmed with refunds and are trying to get out of paying people. I would be interested to know how many others are having the same issue
