Just downloaded the android app but whenever I try to log in I get:
Login Failure
Please make sure you have entered the correct username and password and try again
The details are definitely right and work fine on the PC
Tried the help desk but all they said was "it should work..." I know it should!!
Any ideas

Dont want to patronise is the phone putting a capital letter at the start of your username mine was and betfair wont login with capitals in username
