Blackbery 9380 , Betfair app not working

As all have the same problem , i also get a problem network failure (27)

But BF mobile team , i have updated my APN settings and they are perfect all others apps run well

I have been trying to use BF from last 4 months on my BlackBerry 9380 , but the bad luck has continued

Please let me know if i can use this app on my phone , or i have to change phone only

I had the same problem with my blackberry on virgin mobile. Virgin restrict full access to adult sites as standard until you change it. I changed my settings on the the virgin mobile website in the my account area. Check with your service provider, you might have the same problem. I hope this helps.
