Thanks for raising this. We are continuing to work on improving the cash-out algorithm and how it is displayed to our customers. There are two important things to note here: - Cash-out works on a runner-by-runner basis, not the market as a whole. - The 'profit' figure displayed is a worst-case scenario. In your case, in order to 'cash-out' evenly on all the runners we would have to back Rennes for less than £2 (which is less than the minimum stake). Instead the cash-out would have left you in this position (approximately): Madrid: +£20 Rennes: -£106.46 The Draw: +£20 We're working on improving the sophistication of the algorithm so that it works better in these sort of scenarios, but we can assure you pressing that button would not have left you £106 down (unless Rennes went on to win, in which case you'd have lost less than you were due to without cash-out).
