Downloaded the app on my iphone and it kept stating I had put in the wrong password, when I had not, they suggested numerous things that did not work and only got my account barred for placing in wrong details. Got account restored and then told me to use touch-betfair on safari, did that and logged in fine until I went to the pub 20 yeards down the road and then got an error message saying I was trying to log in from a barred country, ha ha , what a total shambles of a company. The feedback on the iphone says it all, so many saying it is useless. What a joke company going down the pan.

Going down the pan you say? with over $29,000,000,000 in revenue and some of the leading media devices in their stable they should survive and prosper for all to enjoy, good luck too them.

RL, I use Ibetmate on the iphone (old 3gs), which isn't quite as fast as the bf app but more reliable in my experience and better laid out.
bff, $29bn in revenue? are you sure? Maybe if they raided all the customer accounts. |

Check the share price today to what it was 3 years ago dozy and you will see how much they are going down the pan! Cheers 1.01 worth a try, numerous emails to betfair and they keep advising things that don't work. I have around 6 other betting apps inc spread firms, no problem whatsoever, so how they find it so hard I don't know. |

GL, mate. The developer keeps an eye on this forum and is pretty good with updates and fixes, when necessary. He goes by the name of Betware Guy.

I've been using the App on various of my iPhones, from the original right through to my 4S and it works brilliantly. The latest upgrade has really improved the navigation and speed of the App again, as well as getting in the Market Graphs in a very slick way.
Hardly going down the pan I'd say, making a sterling effort with a free app that does exactly what's needed. |

Same message you are trying to log in from a restricted country The other one comes up with 'Wrong log in details' which they are not as I use them at home every day. Emailed them numerous times and they can come up with no fix for either, just suggestions that don't work. I really am giving up here, 10 other apps for betting sites and all work perfect, 3 different apps here and none work |
