Betfair mobile

I have been unable to update to the latest version this week, the old app just told me there is a new version available and the download page continues to just time out or display a "internal betfair error"
Having contacted customer support they have removed my number from the database and reset the account, this has had no effect and they seem to have no idea how to sort this issue out.
Has anyone else had this issue or managed to get betfair working again on the blackberry ?
Why these people dont just give you the option to upgrade instead of forcing one that clearly does not work is beyond me, any other corporate company in the world and heads would now be rolling.
