Login error-authentication failure on iphone....

Im using an iphone4. I've tried the betfair app and ibetmate but no joy on either. I never have any problem logging in through the browser.

Any update on this please?

im getting same problem, on my 3g network but it lets me log in through wifi. Im Using it in Derry and Donegal in Ireland

I also have this problem on an iphone 4, did anyone get a solution? cheers

Some networks restrict access to gambling sites so if you are logging in ok on WiFi, but not on 3G connection one thing is to check with your operator if there are any age restriction blocks applied to your phone contract (they usually can be removed easily).

Same problem, emailed numerous times they cant find a solution, cant be age restriction as site would not show up and all my other betting sites are fine, betfairs latest useless advice is to chane my password, must be an inian call centre as they are clueless, 6 weeks of useless advice and still not sorted or an answer
