Sorry you're having such problems with our mobile products. We have tens of thousands of users a week using the service so it can definitely work for you - we just have to get to the root of the problem. Which handsets are you using? Which network are they on? where are you based? Have you tried using Betfair Lite at the times when you are having problems with our other products? mine has been not working properly for 5 weeks now. emailed them and spoke to them several times over last week and sounds like they are not going to be sorting it out. have eliminated all the things on the phone and my network is fine for everything apart from betfair mobile. pretty sure the problem is at their end. am looking to upgrade my phone and they have advised me on the options that may suit but as they can't sort out the current problem can't have any confidence that the same problems won't be there if i do get a new phone. have to agree that it is a pretty poor state of affairs. at a time when their shares have dipped you would think there would be pressure on them to increase turnover (and hence their profit) but this problem is only going to decrease turnover quite a lot. if anyone has been able to rectify the problem a posting on here would be appreciated.

I also had the problems mentioned above and found the app useless for trading. However, I finally decided to give zoombet a try and it's brilliant! Just need a view of the market now and how much is matched and I would say it's near on perfect.
