Unfortunately, you can't currently place SP bets through those products you mention. However, you can access the main site by clicking on the 'Full Site' link at the bottom of the touch.betfair.com homepage.

Are there any plans to add a Betfair SP feature in the future?
Would be really useful as I prefer to lay to liability with max odds

Any progress on providing Betfair SP? I too have a strategy which involves laying at SP, and since making the mistake of acquiring a smartphone am unable to do so when away from my PC.

I've downloaded timeform.betfair.com and it does the job of allowing to back or lay at Betfair SP.

One fewer thing to moan about.
