Anybody use this android app ? Do you need to register anywhere ? Any website to look at ? It won't let me login. Still able to load the markets (seems fast) but can't bet.

I've been using it for the past 2 weeks and it's almost the perfect Betfair app.
 There are still some missing features but the team are keen to improve it and I'm trying to assist them with the development and testing. In a matter of time, it will be unbeatable and totally different class to any other Betfair betting app, incl the official Android one & the old Java one. [;)] |

Excellent support from the guys at Zoombet. It appears the app wasn't able to turn off the predictive text so wasn't sending the correct password.

Would be interested to know, how or where I can contact the guys at Zoombet, because it keeps telling me I have entered "incorrect username or password"

There's a "Send Feedback" option available in the application you can use to kick off an e-mail with any comments or concerns you may have. As for the particular issue, we are aware that some phones, if predictive text input is turned on, may actually modify the password you have entered (and cannot see) to something else - please try turning auto-complete on and let us know if this fails to resolve the issue. Market depth is not available in ZoomBet at the current time as we want to keep the interface as clean and simple as possible. Are there any particular cases why you feel market depth would be neccessary? Thanks, ZoomBet Betfair Team |

It would be handy to use where the liquidity is low.Market depth would give a better indication of the market. Betacular has market depth as an option

I use Betacular over Zoombet everytime because of market depth, as close to the computer site as you can get so why would you only want one back and lay column?

In fact I don't seem to have any acces to 'Settings' - no market depth,no standard stake etc.
Am I missing something obvious? |

I have a motorola defy. When betacular is operating I press on the menu symbol on bottom left hand corner and options for betascular appear including settngs.

just downloaded this app. V quick. i like it
BUT BUT BUT Market depth is a absolute must (shud display this if you go to landscape view) and book % should be shown too. These two improvements would make it the best - I find I can't operate without the depth. lee |

It doesn't display non runners and their reduction factor - again absolutely essential |

Seems like the Zoombet team have all gone AWOL.
 I've not heard anything or had any updates to play with for several months now, despite assurances that something will happen "soon" [:(] At least the app still works properly in its current form, despite needing some TLC and some bugs fixed. |

I was prompted to download an update today when I started Zoombet, which I did, but while using this "new" version, I cannot find anything different from the version released last week?
Am I missing something? |

The last version has some subtle adjustements under the hood that will enable us to deliver new functionality easier in the future and also improved quick search - this now also displays event path to simplify finding that second league market. downloaded this today as the regular slooooooooooow betfair app wouldn't load fully after multiple attempts. This Zoom bet app is so much faster and easier to use. Have deleted the other

Homolupus, hello. I'm a long term user of this fantastic-smooth-fast app. Have you thought of producing a separate Betfair ZOOMFORUM APP? Same design,black backround,white writing text. Yellow for thread titles that are popular etc.

I just hope that it's not going to become the "official" Betfair Android app, as the last time that happened, Mobet (as it was called at that time, before it changed it's name to Betfair Mobile) stopped improving as it had been doing consistantly, and started to go backwards as all the technical "grunt" went abroad and away from the original developers, who had a vision.  Apart from that, I can also only hope that you're not going "Apple" in any way, shape or form, as I'd like to see you concentrate 100% on the current fantastic android app. |
